1. The products shown in the image are similar to those that will be shipped to you. As far as possible we post images of finished products. However , the new manufactured product can look different from the one shown in the image due to various factors like different screen resolutions on varied electronic devices, lighting, manual polish, wood’s texture, etc. We request you to please be sure of the size, colour, finish and other specifications of your order. So please discuss the colour, finish, etc of the product with our customer support team before you order .
2. Please note the standard warranties and the conditions for usage of the products in relation to each product. No claim (a) that is contrary to the above or (b) where products have been used contrary to the conditions of usage; will be entertained.
3. This limited warranty does not apply to:
• Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process
• Damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product
• Cracks during the random displacement
• Product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood
• With time solid woods are encountered by minor cracks, called as checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product.
• As per the industry standards, unevenness up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there is not a warranty.
• There is no warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.

We do not take any responsibility for the pricing of similar products that you may later find elsewhere in comparision to your order. Tulsi Home Store has the right to modify the price at any given time due to Typographical and other human errors that may occur during pricing and that which may lead to display of incorrect pricing at the time of your order booking and payment at that price. Tulsi Home Store has the right to cancel the order after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be remitted to Your account from which the payment was made.

1. We do not offer cancellations of your orders, unless otherwise your delivery is delayed beyond 3 weeks of the last delivery date as mentioned in your order. This period is not applicable in cases of natural calamities, government imposed rules, regulations, forced holidays, riots, strikes etc
2. If the product is not in accordance with the specifications as per your original order, raise the issue immediately & write to us at hello@tulsihomestore.com. We will revert to you within 3 business days to sort out the issue.
3. In case, you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel, Service Associate or other responsible personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please write to us at hello@tulsihomestore.com. Damage or defect will be assessed in 2-3 business days and a solution may be offered. If in the opinion of Tulsi Home Store the product is defective, the product may be replaced or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by the representative of Tulsi Home Store, to address the issue. However, if in the opinion of Tulsi Home Store there is no defect in the product, Tulsi Home Store shall return the same product back to you and no further action will be taken. Tulsi Home Store shall have the sole right to determine whether a product is defective or not.

5. Products purchased on discount or during sale cannot be cancelled.

1. On confirmation of your order, we require 100% payment through payment options as provided by us. Delivery Schedules unless otherwise, are as specified along with the product.
2. You accept that upon ordering furniture online from the website you are deemed to have placed an order with Tulsi Home Store for purchase of the specified furniture. 3. During the process of purchase on the website, you will be appropriately guided through various stages from choosing your furniture to confirmation of your payment and furniture item.
4. You agree to provide correct and accurate credit / debit card / net banking/ e-wallet details to the approved payment gateway for purchasing any Products and/or availing Services. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank.

As a Customer, you understand that, upon initiating a Transaction, You are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with Tulsi Home Store or its affiliated vendors to purchase the product(s) or service(s) from Tulsi Home Store using our Payment Facility, and You shall pay the Transaction Price through Your Issuing Bank to Tulsi Home Store through the Payment Facility.

1. The following guidelines will apply, if you are eligible for any refund :
• All refunds process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from Your/customer’s premises.
• After receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 7-10 business days.
• Refund will be initiated via NEFT, or  by the way of appropriate electronic options as deemed fit by Tulsi Home Store or by the way the payment was originally made.
• Depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted.

1. Furniture products are delivered within the timeline as mentioned along with the product page; However, in case of exceptional situations like transport strike, riots, natural calamities (like rains, flood, earthquakes, etc.), it might happen that the estimated delivery time may exceed than the promised timeline. In such situations; you will be given updates about your products, and Tulsi Home Store will be responsible to keep your products on priority and deliver as early as possible.
2. Certain custom products are manufactured from scratch on order, so in exceptional cases the estimated delivery time can get extended.
3. This delivery time is not applicable for some specific pin codes.
4. The subsidized Delivery charge if any, is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address. In case of a missed delivery, (from a customer) an extra visiting charge would be applicable for subsequent delivery and installation. Please note that our first attempt delivery charges are highly subsidized and should in no way be assumed to be a standard or benchmark charge for a subsequent delivery attempt and installation
5. Our delivery team will assist in moving your ordered items within 10 metres from the general roadway/parking into the lift\entrance.
6. Unloading and installation as per our standard terms is for the ground floor only. Higher floors will entail extra charges. You are responsible to make sure that the order products are possible to be moved to your respective floor and through doorways and passages to the intended place of final installation. Tulsi Home Store assumes no responsibility in case it is not possible to move the product to the final place of installation. You will have to make arrangements for the same and final installation will be done by our team.
7. Extra charges applicable for weekend or specific time deliveries.
8. Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 5 days, after this time line, Tulsi Home Store shall be free to charge for holding the products for longer.
9. In case we are yet to start delivery and post sales services in your city, whenever Tulsi Home Store finds it operationally possible, we may deliver the product at your doorstep (provided a) You make advance payment of the entire order amount at the time of placing the order and b) the transportation cost is borne by you at actuals in advance). For such areas we will not be able to provide installation service and the products will not be covered under any warranty. However, at Tulsi Home Store’s sole discretion, Tulsi Home Store may solve any post sales related issues and provide installation services, provided you get the product to the nearest Delivery Center at your own cost and risk. Please get in touch with the customer service at the call centre for further enquiries.
10. We deliver to certain pin codes only conditionally. In such cases, you may need to make an advance payment or minimum purchase value for your order to be eligible for delivery. For such locations, warranty, and after-sales service will also not be available. To know the exact conditions for your delivery location, please enter your pin code in the box provided for this on every product page.
11. All services are provided on an “as is” basis. Tulsi Home Store makes no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to the services, in particular those of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for purpose.
